Coronavirus Policy

Please do not travel to Morgan's Retreat if you are feeling unwell, or displaying signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

​

It is essential that we preserve the health of our guests, their families and our family.

​

The property is empty for a total of 72 hours after the previous guests have checked out, followed by a deep clean. Booking buffers aim to reduce the risk of potential exposure to the Coronavirus.

​

Disinfectant, cleaning supplies, soap, kitchen roll, toilet roll and clean towels are provided to guests.

​

If a guest is displaying signs of the Covid 19 virus while staying in holiday accommodation, they should inform the accommodation provider and self-isolate for 7 days from when symptoms start, where they are to minimise any risk of transmission. Once the guest (and if appropriate, their family) has finished the required self isolation period and is no longer symptomatic, they should return to their main residence and continue to follow the government guidance on self-isolation, household isolation and social distancing.

Hopefully, none of these procedures will be necessary and guests will be able to enjoy their holiday and have a great time.
